Slow flowing Hatha with mindful held, and simple balancing postures to build strength, increase mobility and flexibility, encouraging physical and emotional resilience.
*If you are recovering from an injury or illness, it is recommended that you contact your G.P or health care professional before embarking on any new exercise program.
Please wear comfortable unrestrictive clothing
Mats can be pre-booked f.o.c.
Bring a rug or warm blanket for savasana relaxation, and water bottle.
You may wish to bring a block/yoga strap or eye pillow.

Unfortunately no refund can be given for missed classes, but in the event of teacher cancellation, credit or refund will be offered.
