At the end of the day... let go. Unwind body and mind, release tension and tightness ~
Stretch, lengthen, soften tired muscles, feel the flow and go slow with meditative movement and mindful breathing. Calming the nervous system, easing any physical discomfort and restoring your equilibrium at the end of the day.
Seated and floor based practice with longer holds, standing postures and gentle slow flow.

Please wear comfortable clothing
Mats can be pre-booked f.o.c.
Bring a rug or warm blanket for savasana relaxation, and water bottle.
You may wish to bring a block/yoga strap or eye pillow.

Unfortunately no refund can be given for missed classes, but in the event of teacher cancellation, credit will be applied or refund given.
