Hi, How are you?

So pleased you are here and wanting to learn more about Yoga -@HopeYoga

I have been teaching Hatha/Hatha Flow and Tween/Teen yoga since 2018, and practicing for around 15 years

I consider it a service and an honour, a privilege and a responsibility to teach

The journey continues, as I work towards my 500YTT -with a yoga method that focuses on the whole person and intelligently sequenced vinyasa with a deep connection to music and yoga philosophy

Yoga is a lot more simple than some of us think.

We are one, we are whole

Yoga is Unity

an integration of mind, body and spirit

We use our asana practice like a moving meditation

creating space, freedom, and feeling lifted from within

Our feet (and hands) help root us to the earth

The breath helps us to move steadily and with ease

stilling the fluctuations of the mind.

We bend so we don't break

No matter how life changes, or how stressful it gets

we draw strength and energy from that self-empowered place within us all

moving through our practice like we move through life; gaining experience and confidence

letting go of what no longer serves us, and opening ourselves up to possibilities.

Everything you need is already inside you

We are complete and perfect as we are

our bodies, our thoughts, our feelings and circumstances

The beauty of yoga is that it helps us cultivate acceptance and humility

bringing peace, calm, and a sense of release to our being.

There is No ego, No competition

Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel -or how great yoga will make them feel!

While so many of us worry about our appearance

yoga doesn't care what you look like, who you are, where you come from, or how much money you have

so relax and leave the ego at the door!

Yoga is not a work-out it is a work-in

Yoga is a source of wisdom, it's helps us to understand how our body and mind works and feels

by increasing our awareness In and Out of the pose

Yoga develops our physical and emotional strength and resilience, stamina and flexibility

but the health benefits of a regular yoga practice are seemingly endless!

The therapeutic benefits of yoga increase quality of life

"I really regret going to yoga today" ...said no one ever!
